Who we are?

INDIVIDUAL INSOLVENCY LEGAL PRACTICE LAURA BANU is a member of the National Union of Insolvency Practitioners from Romania (UNPIR), with considerable seniority in the insolvency practitioner activity, with competence throughout the country.

The Individual Insolvency Office has a complete team of lawyers, economists, technical experts, ANEVAR member valuers and certified financial consultants and offers quality services to all parties involved in the proceedings. Our Insolvency Law Firm offers insolvency consultancy services, judicial reorganization, preparation of reorganization plan, analysis of debtors' solvency, assistance and consultancy in debt recovery, financial consultancy, legal consultancy in the field of insolvency, commercial, civil, criminal, administrative and tax law in insolvency proceedings, organization of public auctions in insolvency proceedings, liquidation of companies at request or by right under the Companies Act no. 31/1990.

LAURA BANU

LAURA BANU is a member of the National Union of Insolvency Practitioners from Romania (U.N.P.I.R), with 15 years of considerable experience as an insolvency practitioner, with competence throughout the country and the European Community.

Laura has more than 18 years of experience in legal work, with expertise in local public administration, insolvency, commercial, civil and criminal law, as well as forensic psychology.

In 2006, she became a full-fledged insolvency practitioner and in 2009 she established Laura Banu Individual Insolvency Firm, handling over 500 insolvency cases.

She has experience in legal activities: insolvency proceedings, judicial reorganization, bankruptcy, commercial law, over 14 years of extensive experience in insolvency proceedings, judicial reorganization, bankruptcy, 3 years in administrative law. Organization of public auctions, i.e. sale of assets of companies in bankruptcy and insolvency.

Legal activities, Legal Counsel, specializations: Commercial legal adviser, insolvency proceedings, judicial reorganization, bankruptcy, administrative, judicial psychology. She currently holds a portfolio of over 60 cases pending at the Neamt Court, Bacau Court, Suceava Court, Botosani Court and Iasi Court.

In her work she is in close contact with public institutions, banks, courts.

She has 3 years of experience - head of the public procurement commission in Bicaz City Hall, Romania - head of the public procurement commission and acting secretary of the city 2002 - July 2003.

She is an expert in the preparation of reorganization plans, restructuring and economic and financial recovery strategies with 3-4 years applicability and forecasting, monitoring the implementation of the plan, periodic verification and monitoring of payments, preparation of quarterly financial reports, reintegration of companies into the commercial circuit, in the capitalization of assets through auctions, commercial transactions, investment funds, commercial funds.

Pleadings in courts, judges, courts of law (mainly), courts of appeal, High Court of Cassation and Justice, for the files in the portfolio of CII Banu Laura. More than 12 years experience as an insolvency practitioner and 4 years as an employee of another insolvency practitioner (Lichidator Group SPRL). Professional training courses within the National Union of Insolvency Practitioners from Romania (UNPIR).

In 14 years he has handled over 500 insolvency cases. She has appeared on TV shows on legal issues in insolvency and bankruptcy.

Laura speaks Romanian, English and Greek.

KONSTANTINOS PAPASTERGIOU

Konstantinos Papastergiou is a famous professional Greek lawyer holds a bachelor’s degree in Law and a master’s degree in Criminal Law from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

   In his professional career he has interned at the Office of the Public Counsel for Defense of the International Criminal Court at the Hague, and he has served as an advisor for the Permanent Delegation of Greece at the United Nations’ Headquarters in New York, where he observed the Working Group of New York for the International Criminal Court, on behalf of the Greek Delegation. He is currently managing the “Papastergiou & Partners” law firm, founded in Thessaloniki in 1979 by his father. Konstantinos practices sports law at the international level. In 2017 and 2021 he was honored to be addressed by Edge Hill University and Deutsche Sporthochschule Koln in the capacity of the Greek national expert in sports law, in order to consult for governance in the context of the regulation for football players’ agents (intermediaries) in Greece, and the employment of elite Olympian athletes in the framework of the “EU Football Agents Project”, which was supported by the European Union. He speaks English and Portuguese. His field of expertise is Sports Law, Torts & Delict and Criminal Law.

 
 

Ana – Andreea Florea

Ana - Andreea Florea is an excellent lawyer, member of the Neamt Bar Association since 2009, with expertise in commercial, civil, family and criminal law, with experience in providing legal advice to victims of domestic abuse or crime.

Given the activity carried out as a lawyer, an activity that involves constant interaction with both the judicial system and the citizens, I have developed and cultivated skills of clear and logical communication of ideas, of understanding in a practical manner adapted to the realities of society the legal problems faced by individuals / legal persons for whom I carry out specific legal activities.

Hagiu Janett Luciana

Lawyer Hagiu Janett Luciana, is a renowned lawyer of the Neamt Bar Association, holder of the Individual Office with the same title, being a permanent lawyer of the Neamt Bar Association since 2002. In over 20 years of uninterrupted practice in all national courts she has acquired solid knowledge in the fields of civil law, family law, inheritance law, commercial law and related branches.

Constantin MAGDALINA

Constantin Magdalina is an exceptional lawyer, specialized in criminal law, former judge at the Neamt Court, graduated in law from the University of Bucharest. He started his career as a lawyer registered with the Neamt Bar Association, specialising in criminal law, civil law and family law. In 2004, he was appointed judge and promoted to the professional rank of judge of the Court of Appeal.

In 2021 he became a lawyer at the Neamt Bar Association, specialising in criminal law, civil law and family law.

He speaks Romanian and English.

Bogdan Ciupic

Bogdan Ciupic is an eminent lawyer, member of the Neamt Bar Association since 2019, owner of the individual law firm Ciupic C. Bogdan, with experience in the legal field since 2013.

          He has worked in the field of foreclosures and insolvency, working for several years in the offices of executors and liquidators as legal counsel.

          In 2011, he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administrative Sciences of the Western University of Timisoara.

          Throughout his professional career he has worked with various professionals in different areas of law, gaining extensive experience in the practical application of criminal, commercial, corporate insolvency, family, labour and social relations law.

          The principles and values he follows in his work are professionalism, reliability, ambition and loyalty.

Alina Daniela Frigură

Alina Daniela Frigură is an eminent lawyer with experience in insolvency, commercial, civil and criminal law, since 2006, member of the Iasi Bar Association from 2006 to 2013, and subsequently of the Bacau Bar Association. Since 2008 she has been a lawyer at the individual law firm Frigură D. Alina Daniela.

          In 2005 she graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" in Iasi, and the following year she obtained a Master's degree in Private International Law from the same higher education institution

Throughout her 17-year professional career, she has collaborated with various professionals in different branches of private law, thus acquiring extensive experience in civil and commercial law, but not only.

Since 2017 he is also an insolvency practitioner, following more than 10 years of experience as a lawyer specializing mainly in commercial law and insolvency proceedings.

She is fluent in English and French, which has facilitated collaborative relationships with professionals in other countries.

The work of the firm she leads is dedicated to promoting and building excellence in the practice of civil and insolvency law by adhering to the highest quality standards. At the heart of the work are issues related to the rights of the participants in the proceedings, in order to provide them with the guarantee of respecting everyone's interest and ensuring effective communication with them, offering practical and useful solutions.

 

ȘTEFAN NECHITA

Mr. Ștefan Nechita was graduated in law at the Lucian Blaga University in Sibiu in 1999 and his master's studies were completed in "European law" in 2006 at the Alexandru Ioan Cuza University in Iași.

          Since 2011, he is a permanent lawyer, a member of the Neamț Bar Association within the National Union of Bar Associations from Romania - member of the Council of European Bars, being able to present conclusions before courts of all levels of jurisdiction, including before the High Court of Cassation and Justice of Romania

          He previously worked as a legal advisor within the A.N.A.F.-General Directorate of Public Finances of Neamț County, the Prefect's Institution of Neamț County and the General Secretariat of the Romanian Government until 2010.

In support of the speedy and successful performance of activities and the favorable resolution of all problems, Mr. Lawyer Ștefan Nechita completed various courses and in-depth studies such as:
